Santa Sucess!

We went to see Santa yet again yesterday and we were sucessful....kinda! I had to sit there with him but we did get a smiling picture. I will upload it very soon! Maybe we will have better luck next year!

First Encounter with Santa

We took Aiden to see Santa last night. Last year we decided not to get a picture with Santa because he was so young and the Swine Flu was going around....so I just didn't want to take a chance at exposing him to anything! We dressed him up all cute, and we both held his hand while we walked up to Santa. Santa talked to him for a couple minutes before we handed him over....we thought everything would be good.....the second daddy let go of him he started crying...poor little guy. Maybe we will try again and see if we can get a picture of him smiling. We might have to be in that picture with him!

Aiden's new Fluff

We got 2 new diapers yesterday! I sold all of Aiden's Grobaby diapers...I just really wasn't a big fan of them. With the money I got from that sale I ordered 2 Fuzzibunz Perfect size diapers. They are super cute and really soft. I was a bit disappointed because one of the inserts had a hold in it....waiting on The Fuzzibunz store to call me back on that...I put him in them as soon as they came out of the dryer and LOVE them! Even though they aren't prepped I had no leaks. The fit is amazing! Watch out Rumparooz.....you may have some competition in the stash!

Slacker!

Ok I admit it.....I am a total blog slacker! I really wanted to blog on a regular basis but......it just hasn't happened. I promise I will do my best to really do it from here on out! The past year has flown by! I can't believe my little chunker is already 1! We had such a great birthday party....but really wish the rest of the family could have made it! Its so rare that we gather at our house....so thank you to everyone....it is really a special treat for us. Here are a few pics from the party:

What a great day we had today. This afternoon we headed out to Henry County to take a walk in the Hollow. We walked a couple miles down a creek bed. We saw so many things-crawdads, butterflies, birds, fish and so much more. We had so much fun and I hope to do it again sometime soon. Mommy took some great pictures...there are some cute ones of me and Daddy, but since Mom is always the one taking the pictures we hardly ever have any pictures of us together!

Since Mom is staying home with me we are trying something new starting today.....drumroll please......Cloth Diapers! We're really excited to try them out. Just doing our part to conserve space in the landfills.....

Daddy and I had a great time playing outside today before the rain came. Gigi took some great pictures of us....here are a few that I think I look pretty cute in!

Hi! This is my new blog that Mom is putting together for me. I would type it myself but my hands have too much drool on them. I am growing so fast! I just started eating baby food, so far I haven't found anything I like...for some reason Mom keeps trying to feed me the same thing several days in a row. I always make yuck faces to her, you would think she would get it by now! Anyway, welcome to my blog! I hope you enjoy keeping up with me!
